If your seatpost isn’t included on the list below, please call us before booking. We do not work on Fox DOSS or Specialized Command Posts.
No payment is taken on booking! We will send an invoice and take payment once your job is complete!
Once booked, please send your items in. You will only recieve a booking confirmation email when your items arrive in the workshop.
Our system allows us to give you a day in which your suspension work will be completed at the time of booking. When your parts arrive with us, you’ll receive a confirmation that they have arrived and that your job will be completed on the booked day.
Bikes and/or components need to be with us by 5pm the day before your service booking unless previously arranged with us. Failure to do so will forfeit your time slot and will result in your item being worked on in the next available time slot.
We hold a huge amount of parts stock, and try to carry every spare for all common units, but unfortunately there are occasionally items we need to order to complete a job. In the event of us having to order parts, your suspension will be completed on the day the parts arrive with us, and we’ll keep you up to date with the progress.

All jobs are invoiced once complete. The price shown is the service price, which includes all service parts and labour. If we need to use extra parts to complete your job, we\'ll give you a call so there are no surprises.
Your booking will show \'awaiting confirmation\' until your suspension arrives with us. Rest assured that your diary time is reserved as soon as you complete the booking.
