Seatpost Service Booking


A Sprung seatpost service consists of:

  • Full strip down of the post to all component parts and a full assessment of the condition of the post
  • Replacement seals throughout, using OEM or better than OEM parts. (If you have a question about this or would only like OEM parts used, that’s fine, just say on your booking)
  • Full rebuild using state of the art technology to ensure the ultimate in consistency and performance
  • Full test of the post.


If your seatpost isn’t included on the list below, please call us before booking. We do not work on Fox DOSS or Specialized Command Posts.

No payment is taken on booking! We will send an invoice and take payment once your job is complete!

Once booked, please send your items in. You will only recieve a booking confirmation email when your items arrive in the workshop.


Our system allows us to give you a day in which your suspension work will be completed at the time of booking. When your parts arrive with us, you’ll receive a confirmation that they have arrived and that your job will be completed on the booked day.

Bikes and/or components need to be with us by 5pm the day before your service booking unless previously arranged with us. Failure to do so will forfeit your time slot and will result in your item being worked on in the next available time slot.

We hold a huge amount of parts stock, and try to carry every spare for all common units, but unfortunately there are occasionally items we need to order to complete a job. In the event of us having to order parts, your suspension will be completed on the day the parts arrive with us, and we’ll keep you up to date with the progress.
