My booking says ‘pending confirmation’, what does that mean?

When you book we reserve a slot on that day for you so we are ready and waiting for your suspension. However we only confirm the booking when your suspension arrives with us – you get notified it is confirmed and that way you know it is safely in our hands waiting to be serviced.

Awesome. Simply Awesome. Dealt with owner Jake personally on a Warranty claim on my Ohlins Forks and all in can say is WOW. These guys know there stuff, honest, approachable and nothing but professional. I have never received customer service like it in any industry, let alone the bike industry. These guys have simply raised the bar. Will certainly not even entertain going anywhere else in the future now I have dealt with these guys. Been having my suspension serviced by Sprung for nearly two years now and always a great service? Upgraded my rear shock on Jakes advice just over a year ago & it came with the first service free & improved the performance a lot. I ride my bike at the FOD before dropping it off, then again after service and you really feel the difference. Well worth the money to keep your suspension in great condition. Jake is so knowledgable on set up & a lot of guys from our club now use him.

These guys are awesome. They really know their stuff about all things bike suspension, and their workshop is super tidy. I had my Fox Float CTD repaired by them on an uplift day, which meant I could get back out on the trail instead of going home. Thank you so much guys, highly recommended.

Sent a shock over for service + upgrades. Spotted previously unknown damage, kept me up to date with what was happening, part ordered and replaced quickly. Helpful and polite over the phone. Definitely won't hesitate to send suspension over again in the future

Jake at sprung has always been excellent when working on my bikes, since he has moved to the new workshop everything has continued to improve. Rich has gone the extra mile for me on many occasions and I wouldn't have been able to ride. Cant fault them at all. Quality work every time.

Jake tuned my RS Pikes during a race weekend and they transformed into a different beast. They went from being sticky and a bit harsh to super smooth and supple, with really nice mid-stroke through rough, rattly stuff. Cheers!

Sprung have been taking care of the suspension on all of our bikes for the last few years. We've had some amazing custom work done on both forks and shocks which have turned our bikes into beasts on the trails and racing. Have and always recommend to anyone who wants world cup performance at reasonable price point. Stay Rad! ?

As a regular rider in the FOD, the guys at Sprung have become the ‘go to’ team for any work needed on my bike’s suspension. Second to none for knowledge, quality of work and customer service. Top guys too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would not go anywhere else. Jake and the boys are top lads who really know their stuff. Not just about suspension but they are all clued up on the latest bikes and settings. They are also able to personalise kit to each individual rider. Like I said top notch.

Excellent service - very professional & quick turn around. Superb results - my suspension feels better than ever, amazing improvement over how the bike felt even as brand new. I've used Sprung 3 times now and I'm always very happy with the final results and the price. I am very guilty of using old parts that I never service, so they always get rubbish stuff from me that comes back feeling brand new! Wizard magic is going on in that workshop!

Booked forks, shock and dropper post in for a service, they were able to to the work the following week and the job they did was excellent. Feedback was given to me on the service sheet about the condition of some parts aswell as the air pressure and setting of the forks. Not the cheapest, but the cheapest is rarely the best. I'll definitely be using Sprung again and I've recommended them to friends I ride with.
